Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah has announced the launch of a new culinary partnership with internationally acclaimed three-star Michelin chef and author Heinz Beck.

The New York-inspired offering ‘Social by Heinz Beck’ is the latest fine-casual dining concept to be added to Dubai’s burgeoning restaurant landscape.

Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah opened last month. It has 391 guest rooms, six bars and restaurants and two swimming pools. “Social by Heinz Beck” offers a wide array of dishes including the signature ones like grilled tuna with wasabi mayonnaise, raspberries 1.0, soya poached beef fillet with black truffle and radicchio, and almonds and amaretti.

Beck shared that he ais to add to his own unique interpretation of the ‘modern kitchen’ and offer contemporary cuisine to the growing reputation of Dubai as a destination for luxury and gastronomic experiences.
