Revel like Royalty in Explorer’s Regent Suite
The future of luxury cruising is coming! Regent Seven Seas, a Haute cruise line, has released word of their newest ship, the Regent Seven Seas Explorer. Not only will the ship be an elegant and modern vessel of luxury and comfort, but it will offer a totally new way to travel in complete opulence. This ultimate cruise liner is said to set sail summer of 2016, and is currently under construction at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy.
For a modest $5000 a night, you can stay in supreme comfort, with extravagant amenities and tons of space. Dubbed the Regent suite, this 3,875 sq ft space will have you feeling pampered and at home, as opposed to one of those rinky-dink squished cabin rooms. Some of the ostentatious niceties include a grand piano, two enormous bedrooms, and instead of tiny portholes, you’ll have stunning views from three sides of the Explorer. Guests of the suite can indulge in the private spa! The personal spa has a sauna, steam room, and treatment areas, all of which are available for unlimited use for those staying in this suite.
The all-inclusive package also includes comforts off the ship! As a guest you’ll be provided with a private car. You can sit back and enjoy the guided tour while your chauffeur drives you around each port. The Regent also offers a limousine on-demand, for your travels to and from the ship. Regular guests of the ship won’t completely miss out on all the luxury. The Explorer will be the largest ship for Regent to date, weighing in at over 54,000 tons and holding over 730 guests. Kunal S. Kumlani, President of Regent Seven Sea Cruises, leaks a few details on the Regent blog “Insider” section,
“The all-suite, all-balcony ship will be classic and timeless utilizing exotic stonework, polished woods, sophisticated lighting and rich fabrics. Spacious and sophisticated suites, elegant public rooms, a wide-range of gourmet dining options and a museum-worthy art collection will ensure our guests experience a new standard in luxury cruising.”
Regent Seven Seas hasn’t put out a new ship since 2003, but the Explorer will be worth the wait! The maiden voyage is a tour around Europe.
