We don’t disclose prices… we have two penthouses in London and five mansion in Bali, and they are priced at very top end of market. Here as well we will price it at the top end of the market.”

The residences are comprised of 165 luxury apartments, eight opulent penthouses, and 15 extravagant mansions. The apartments, scattered throughout six elegant buildings, come with up to four bedrooms. Each unit is spacious and designed with the highest caliber components.

The mansions, sprawled out across the beautiful island, have three, or up to six, elite bedrooms. Each have direct access to the large marina. All homeowners on the island will be

admitted to the Bulgari Yacht Club, and exclusive arena on the water.

We have a man-made island that is attracting a lot of attraction and we are targeting the niche market, for now. Demand for prime property will continue to rise and as the market matures, expectations will rise for qualitative detail-focused and refined finished products.”
