Jeremy Renner: actor, singer-songwriter, film producer and now a house flipper?
Most people would think that filming big movies such as “The Bourne Legacy”, “The Avengers”, “Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters”, “Thor” and “Mission Impossible-Ghost Protocol” would be enough to keep Jeremy Renner busy, but he proves he has enough time for his other projects: flipping houses for the luxury real estate market.
When he sat down with David Letterman last January, Jeremy candidly opened up about his fondness for buying homes and flipping them with his business partner Kristoffer Winters.

Their latest venture? A $7 Million property flipped to a wonderful home worth $24 Million.
According to www.huffingtonpost.com:
Renner and Winters bought the property in 2010 for $7 million. The pair developed the mansion from the ground up; the only things they carried over from the original home were a pair of brick fireplaces, Renner told Esquire Magazine last August.
Finally, after years of renovation, the luxury property was put in the market last January for $24.95 million and listed with Rayni Romito and Branden Williams of Hilton & Hyland.
The luxury mansion has 10,000 square feet of living area with 6 bedrooms, 11 baths and a theater. It is dubbed as “roaring 20’s Art Deco” fit for a “21st century Howard Hughes.”
