Soon to be daddy Ashton Kutcher lets go of bachelor pad for $12M
We know life changes happen when celebs list their properties. In this case, Ashton Kutcher has reportedly put his glassy bachelor pad up on the market because it was not exactly a good place to raise his soon-t0-be-born child with Mila Kunis.
According to curbed.com:
Actor Ashton Kutcher first started renting this contemporary L.A. manse for $50K a month right after his split with Demi Moore. He eventually bought it in April 2012 for $8.455M—rumors are it took Justin Bieber poking about as an interested buyer to convince Kutcher to commit. Now that he’s engaged to Mila Kunis and expecting his first child, Kutcher is quietly (that is, without an official listing) shopping the 9,385-square-foot glass pad for $12M.
Word has it that Ashton’s fiance has landed a $10.215 Million Beverly Hills home with three bedrooms and four baths. Now that sounds more like a family home.
Ashton Kutcher’s bachelor pad was designed by LA-based firm Mills Studio and it boasts of some pretty awesome features. Here are some of the deets of the 9,385 square feet property for all you bachelors seeking for a new pad:
- 5 bedrooms
