Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch named Most Luxurious Ski Hotel of America
Sochi Winter Olympics’ victors and thwarted athlete participants might now be busy with endless interviews and welcome parties from their respective countries. Were you inspired by how skaters rotated gracefully? Or got amazed by how skiers fiercely glided through the snowy mountain slopes? Try to experience these exciting winter sports in the newly updated Ritz- Carlton, Bachelor Gulch ski hotel.
According to mensjournal.com:
Located mid-mountain (literally a ski push away from the high-speed Bachelor Gulch Express quad) and recently renovated to the tune of $15 million, the soaring stone and timber property evokes the great mountain lodges of the National Parks, albeit with a contemporary twist. The folks at Ritz-Carlton call it “Parkitechture,” and we can hardly fault them for the twee neologism because it seems so apt.
With $1,179 average rate per night, feel like staying warm in the Great Room with rock fireplaces with interior designs that are base from local landscapes. How about enjoying the chilling winter breeze of Colorado during Winter? You can always have a ski with your friends at Beaver Creek Villages.
So what’s so special with Ritz- Carlton aside from its grand buildings, fancy foods, and overwhelming service?
Buffalo. Not the heavily- haired four- legged mammal, but the feast they call Buffalo, a casual eatery on an outdoor setting. Another is the Bachelor’s Lounge, a heated outdoor seating area the ski festivities that are usually extended at night.
Ritz- Carlton isn’t just for winter, but for summer leisure, too. Ponder sweet life memories as you splurge on their pool, spa facilities, or on their saliva- inducing recipes.
