The much anticipated New York Fashion 2014 is now in full swing but one of the most talked about events for the first day was the “Go Red For Women The Heart Truth Red Dress Collection” where celebrities strut their stuff in the runway, wearing designer red dresses.

Examiner.com was on the scene for the “Go Red For Women The Heart Truth Red Dress Collection” presentation on Thursday, Feb. 6 at at the Theatre at Lincoln Centre. The purpose of the show and the Go Red For Women and The Heart Truth campaigns is to raise awareness of heart disease, which kills more women than all forms of cancer combined.

All the ladies looked gorgeous in their red dresses. Lindsey Vonn garnered the most cheers when she took the runway still in her crutches. Macy’s, the show’s major sponsor gave fabulous products the the guests.
