Australia’s priciest home has $60M price tag
If you’ve got $60M to spare and would like to live in the land down under, this could be the property for you.
This Sydney house is the size of a hotel with a floor area of 2000 square meters and 3 floors. The most lavish Australian pad has 9 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
Though it is not quite finished yet, Real estate agent Bill Bridges of Ballard Property shares that it will be better than the $54 million Sydney home in Altona.

The yet-to-be-completed Vaucluse property at 6 Carrara Road is owned by international bank consultant Andrew Ipkendanz, who went to school in Sydney and now lives in London.
The property of two large blocks was bought by Andrew Ipkendanz in 1997 for $6.1 Million. The construction of the house has is reported to have summed up to around $20 Million.
As for the upscale neighborhood, Aussie businessman James Packer, television host Scott Cam and hotelier Justin Hemmes live close by. This property is also close to Sydney’s breathtaking panoramic views of the harbor and is surrounded by many amazing parks.
